摘要
目的:探讨在儿童中枢神经系统感染疾病诊断中采用脑CT(电子计算机断层扫描)检查的方法及价值。方法:选择某院于2017年2月~2019年2月期间收治的儿童中枢神经系统感染者45例作为资料,均行CT和MRI(磁共振成像)检查,以病原学、脑脊液及相关辅助检查确诊结果为金标准,评价两种影像学诊断方式的准确性及诊断价值。结果:CT诊断病毒性脑膜炎准确率70.00%及总体准确率73.00%显著低于MRI 95.00%、93.33%(P<0.05);CT诊断病毒性及细菌性感染病因患儿准确率为70.83%、76.19%,与MRI 91.67%、95.24%比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用脑CT诊断儿童中枢神经系统感染具有一定价值,也存在明显不足,需配合MRI综合检查,优化诊断结果,为治疗提供可靠依据,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the method and value of brain CT in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection in children.Methods:45 children with central nervous system infection admitted in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the data,all of them were examined by CT and MRI(magnetic resonance imaging).The accuracy and diagnostic value of the two imaging diagnostic methods were evaluated with the results of etiology,cerebrospinal fluid and related auxiliary examinations as the gold standard.Results:The accuracy rate of CT in the diagnosis of viral meningitis and the total accuracy rate was 70.00%and 73.00%respectively,which was significantly lower than those of MRI(95.00%,93.33%,P<0.05);The accuracy rate of CT in the diagnosis of viral and bacterial infectious diseases was 70.83%and 76.19%,which the difference was not statistically significant compared with MRI(91.67%,95.24%,P>0.05).Conclusion:CT diagnosis of central nervous system infection in children has certain value,but also has obvious shortcomings.It needs to cooperate with MRI comprehensive examination,optimize the diagnosis results to provide reliable basis for treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
