术中冰冻病理对乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤(IDPN)的诊断价值分析被引量：3

摘要目的探讨术中冰冻切片病理检查应用于诊断乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤的临床价值。方法 90例乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤患者均接受外科切除手术治疗,于术中行快速冰冻切片病理检查、术后行常规石蜡切片病理检查,记录二者检查结果。结果 90例患者以乳腺导管内乳头状瘤所占比例最高(90. 00%),其经术中快速冰冻切片病理检查结果与术后常规石蜡切片病理检查结果对比,差异并无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论应用快速冰冻切片病理检查乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤准确性较为理想,可于术中为操作者提供准确的疾病诊治参考依据。
