摘要
目的探讨常规病理检查与术中快速诊断技术在乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年1月于我院收治的110例乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤手术患者的病例资料。所有患者术中应用术中快速诊断技术进行诊断,以术后常规病理检查结果为准,分析术中快速诊断技术与术后常规病理检查结果的一致性,并比较两种检查方式对乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤的诊断效能。结果110例乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤患者经术后常规病理检查确诊为阴性95例,阳性15例。κ检验分析结果显示,术中快速诊断技术检查结果与术后常规病理检查结果具有高度一致性(κ=0.907,P<0.05)。术中快速诊断技术诊断乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤的灵敏度、特异性与准确率均与术后常规病理检查比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论术中快速诊断技术对乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤的诊断结果与术后常规病理检查有较高的一致性,在乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤的鉴别诊断中的准确率较高,对手术治疗方案的制定与改善有较高的指导价值。
Objective To explore the application value of routine pathological examination and intraoperative rapid diagnosis in the diagnosis of breast intraductal papillary tumors.Methods The data of 110 patients with breast intraductal papillary tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed with intraoperative rapid diagnosis.Taking the results of the postoperative routine pathological examination as the standard,the consistency between the results of intraoperative rapid diagnosis and postoperative routine pathological examination was analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of two methods for breast intraductal papillary tumors was compared.Results Among 110 patients with breast intraductal papillary tumors,95 cases were nagative diagnosed by postoperative routine pathological examination,and 15 cases were positive.κtest analysis results showed that the results of intraoperative rapid diagnosis were highly consistent with the results of postoperative routine pathological examination(κ=0.907,P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of intraoperative rapid diagnosis in the diagnosis of breast intraductal papillary tumors had no statistical difference with those of postoperative routine pathological examination(P>0.05).Conclusions Intraoperative rapid diagnosis is highly consistent with postoperative routine pathological examination in the diagnosis of breast intraductal papillary tumors,which has higher accuracy in the differential diagnosis of breast intraductal papillary tumors,and higher guiding value for the formulation and improvement of surgical treatment plans.
