摘要
本文运用了文献资料与逻辑分析法,阐释了"三从一大"训练原则特点,并结合足球教学经验,探究了足球教学训练如何贯彻"三从一大"训练原则。结果表明:(1)从难是足球教学训练的尺度;(2)从严是足球训练任务完成的保证;(3)科学的大运动量是足球训练的表现手段;(4)从实战出发是训练的出发和归宿点。
This paper uses literature and logic analysis to explain the characteristics of the 'three from one' training principle,and combines football teaching experience to explore how to implement the 'three from one' training principle in football teaching training.The results show:(1)The difficulty is the scale of football teaching and training;(2)Strict is the guarantee of football training Renwuwancheng;(3)The large amount of scientific sports is the means of expression of football training;(4)Starting from actual combat is the starting point and destination of training.
