评述了国外YBCO涂层导体的最新进展。IBAD和RABiTS的YBCO涂层导体的研制已取得骄人的成绩。在RABiTS方法中有一种SOE法比其他方法更优越。SOE法制备的最好的YBCO膜,其开始转变温度91k,零电阻温度87k,77k的电场下Jc值为3×105A/cm。化学溶液沉积(CSD)由于技术简便,成本低而得到广泛的青睐。一种称为“氟化钡”的新方法也正在一些实验室研究,这种方法可与RABiTS和IBAD两种工艺媲美。由于事先沉积了前驱物的基带可批量生产,氟化钡工艺完全可以在规模化生产中采用。
Recent worldwide progress of YBCO-coated conductors is reviewed. Recently, research scientists have made significant steps in YBCO-coated conductor development using IBAD and RABiTS methods in which there is a method named SOE. SOE methods are more advantageous than other methods from the viewpoint of the simplification of the buffer layer formation. So far, the zero-field Jc value for the best YBCO films manufactured by SOE method is 3×105/cm2 at 77k. A novel method, termed the “barium fluoride(BaF2)' approach, that my be compatible with both the RABiTS and the IBAD processes are developed at some labs. It is said that BaF2 process is highly scaleable since substrates on which the precusor has been deposited can be batch processed.
