摘要
对抗、感葡萄白腐病品种的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性动态变化进行测定,结果为抗、中抗品种的PAL酶活性,在病原菌侵染后呈上升趋势,而感病品种呈下降趋势;两个抗病品种的PPO酶活性迅速上升,并保持相当长时间的高活性值,而中抗、感病品种PPO酶活性几乎没有明显变化,或呈下降趋势.抗病品种的健康果粒中的SOD活性低于感病品种的SOD活性,但抗病品种在受病原菌侵染后SOD活性迅速上升,感病品种的SOD活性几乎没有改变.
The infection of grape white rot resulted in an increase in phenylalanine ammonia lyase activities of resistant and moderate resistant cultivars,but on the contrary to susceptible cultivars.After inoculation of Coniella diplodiella(speg.)Petrak&Sydow,PPO activitives of reˉsistant cultivars was markably increased and kept high activities for a long time,but PPO activities of moderate resistant and susceptible cultiˉvars increased or had a little change.SOD activity in resistant cultivars was lower than that of susceptible cultivars.After inoculation,SOD acˉtivity in resistant cultivars increased sharply,however,there was no change in that of susceptible cultivars.
