摘要
应用常规透射电镜,对50例人腓浅神经足背支活检标本进行了观察,特别着重于神经束膜细胞的结构,发现神经束膜细胞中有丰富的微丝。其特点是:1.或在胞质中汇聚成密体,或插入附于质膜下的密斑中,很象平滑肌细胞中肌丝的分布;2.神经束膜中层细胞中微丝的含量较多,而内层和外层细胞中相对较少;3.同一层的不同神经束膜细胞中,微丝含量不同,含微丝较多的细胞密度较高,可称暗细胞;含微丝较少的细胞密度较低,可称亮细胞,也见中间型细胞;4.神经束膜细胞内微丝分布不均,较多处呈暗区,较少处呈亮区。对2例标本用肌球蛋白抗体和肌动蛋白抗体进行了免疫组织化学的光镜和电镜观察,用β-微管蛋白抗体和空白试验(磷酸缓冲液代替第Ⅰ抗体)做了对照。本文发现,神经束膜中层细胞中有明显的肌球蛋白抗体反应致密物和(?)动蛋白抗体反应致密物,内层和外层细胞中反应物较浅淡。空白对照为阴性。与β-微管蛋白抗体反应的切片中,轴索内可见丝状反应物。这说明神经束膜细胞中存在可收缩成分——肌球蛋白和肌动蛋白,提示神经束膜可发生缓慢的舒缩运动。对其在生理和病理方面可能产生的作用进行了讨论。
50 biopsies of rami cutaneous dorsalis intermediusof n.peronaeus superficialis in
human were observed with transmission electron microscopy,particularly paid attention to the ultrastructure of the perineurial cells.It was found that within the perineurial cells there were rich microfilaments,of which the features were:1.Aggre-
gated into the dense bodies within the cytoplasm or inserted into the dense patch on
the cytoplasmic membrane,resembling to those of the microfilaments within smooth
muscle cells;2.The cells in middle layers of perineurium contained more microfila-
ments,the cells in inner and in outer layers contained relatively less;3.In the
same layer,the different perineurial cells contained different amount of microfila-
ments,the cells contained more microfilaments were shown a higher density,they could
be called dark cells;the cells contained less microfilaments were shown a lower
density,they could be called light cells;intermediate cells could be also seen;4.In
the same cell,the different areas had different amount of microfilaments,the area
contained more microfilaments showed dark;the area contained less microfilaments
showed light.Immunohistochemical detection of 2 biopsies was made with actin an-
tibody and myosin antibody under light and electron microscope,and with β-tubu-
lin antibody and blank for the control.We found:there were an obvious dense
substances within the cells in middle layers of perineurium in the sections reacted to
myosin antibody and to actin antibody,within the cells in inner and in outer layers
the substances were lighter;the blank control was negative;in the section reacted to
β-tubulin antibody,the filament-like substance could be seen within the axons.
These results show that the perineurial cells contain actin and myosin.It is sugges-
ted that the perineurium may perform slow contraction and relaxation movement.
The roles which the contraction and relaxation movement of perineurium may play
in normal and pathological conditions are discussed.
