摘要
在沈大高速公路、辽宁省和哈尔滨市大量事故数据分析的基础上,系统研究道路线形中平面、纵断面、横断面和交叉口各项参数的设置问题及其对交通事故的影响,并对其影响关系进行规律性分析。提出高路基与陡坡路基会危及交通安全的观点,这在中国高等级公路上尤其突出而又经常被忽视。对现行道路设计规范中对应参数提出安全设计指标值或取值建议,对考虑交通安全的道路条件提出相应的事故预防对策。
With large numbers of actual traffic accidents of ShenDa Freeway, Liaoning Province, Harbin and so on in China, parameters and the effect on accidents of horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, cross section and intersection are studied systematically, and the disciplinary analysis of the effect is presented. The viewpoint is put forward that high subgrade and steep slope are against to traffic safety, which especially common and ignored in highclass highways in China. The suggestions of design parameters of the current design criteria and the corresponding countermeasures are advanced for safety.
