革兰阴性杆菌中质粒ampC基因的检测与分析 被引量:33

摘要 目的 运用多重聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测革兰阴性杆菌的质粒ampC基因。 方法 通过热裂解获得DNA模板 ,用 6组引物进行多重PCR扩增 ,用琼脂糖凝胶电泳区分PCR产物。结果  2 0 0株临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌中有 6株为质粒ampC基因阳性。 结论 用多重PCR技术能简单、快速地检测革兰阴性杆菌质粒ampC基因 ,且特异性高。 Objective 200 Gram-negative organisms were tested for plasmid-mediated ampC genes by multiplex PCR. Methods Using six sets of primers to amplify DNA templates which were acquired by heating. The amplicons were differentiated by agarose electrophoresis. Results 6 of 200 strains were positive of plasmid-mediated ampC genes. Conclusions Multiplex PCR technique is a easy and quick method and shows high specificity for detecting plasmid-mediated ampC genes within Gram-negative organisms.
