摘要
目的:了解和分析护理专业实习生对带教老师的评价情况与满意度的相关性 方法:自编实习生对带教老师的评价及满意度调查表,对33名护理实习生进行调查分析。结果:护生对带教老师的评价及满意度相关性分析表明:敬业爱岗、业务水平、操作技能、沟通技能、协调能力的满意度与理论联系实际、重视业务技术操作、表达能力、指导学生建立良好的人际关系等带教老师的评价指标呈显著正相关。结论:护生对带教老师的满意度在很大程度上取决于带教老师的素质、表达能力、能根据学生特点因材施教、将理论运用于实践和指导学生建立良好的人际关系等,需引起医院教学管理者和带教人员的充分重视。
Objective: to realize and analyze the relativity of the valuation and approval degree of the practice teachers by nursing students. Methods: a questionnaire of the valuation and approval degree of the practice teachers was made out in order to investigate and analyze 33 nursing students in the hospital. Results: according to the valuation and approval degree of the practice teachers, it shows distinctly positive relationship between the approval degree of conscientiousness, capability, operating skill, communicating skill, coordination skill and the valuation of applying theory to practice, paying attention to operating skill and expressing ability, guiding nursing students to build up good relationship. Conclusion: the approval degree of the practice teachers depends on, expressing ability, teaching students in accordance of their attitude, applying theory and guiding students to build up good relationship. The teaching administrative personnel and the practice teachers should pay fully attention to it.
