师生双向评价临床护理教师教学质量的差异性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的分析师生双向评价临床护理教师教学质量的差异性,确定临床教学中存在的问题,并提出对策。方法采用自行设计问卷对240名临床护理教师和192名护理本科生进行横断面调查。结果教师和学生对教学质量评价最高和最低5项内容的排序中,分别有3项相同;但教师在教学态度、教学行为、教学方式、教学效果及教学质量总分等方面自评得分均高于学生评分(P〈0.01)。结论教师和学生对临床护理教学质量的评价具有差异性,应通过建立良好的师生关系、加强临床教师的角色榜样和构建教学医院与护理院校联合带教模式,提高临床教师教学质量。 Objective To analyze the differences of bi-directional evaluation on clinical nursing teachers' teaching quality from teachers' and students' view,in order to identify the existing problems in the clinical teaching and propose countermeasures. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted in the cross-sectional investigation among 240 clinical nursing teachers and 192 undergraduate nursing students. Results Three of the top scores on five items and three of the lowest scores on five items were same between the teachers and students,while teachers' evaluation were higher than students' evaluation on teaching attitudes,teaching behaviors,teaching methods,teaching effects and overall teaching quality (P〈0.01). Conclusions There are differences between teachers' and students' evaluation on the clinical teaching quality. It may be improved by establishing rapport teacher-student relationship,enhancing the role of clinical teachers,and building hospitalschool teaching mode.
