摘要
稠油乳化降粘工艺技术具备替代稠油掺稀油及超稠油电加热两种工艺技术的优势,但一直未能得到大面积推广使用。分析认为:水基降粘剂性能不佳以及工艺条件不完善是造成其推广受阻的主要原因。因此,提出了研制和开发高性能水基降粘剂的思路及方法,并结合油田矿场试验实际情况,指出了改善工艺条件的方向。
Heavy oil emulsion visbreaking can alternate the process of blending light oil in heavy oil and electrical heating of super- heavy oil, but has not been broadly popularized yet. It is thought that the main reasons of unpopularity are undesirable water - based visbreaking performance and imperfect process conditions. Therefore, the thought and method of developing high performance water - based viscosity reducer are proposed. According to field test, the orientation of improving process conditions is also pointed out.
