摘要
牛心坨油田针对生产过程中暴露出的能耗高、管理难度大等系列问题,开展了掺液降粘举升工艺研究,通过研制降凝降黏双作用化学剂及防漏失掺液举升一体化工艺管柱,形成了完善的掺液降粘举升工艺,现场应用后取得成功。
The viscosity reduction by liquid mixing and lifting was developed to solve the issues of high energy consumption anddifficulties in management in Niuxintuo Oilfield. A complete process for viscosity reduction by liquid mixing and lifting is built andhas received good results in practices through the development of viscosity and pour point reduction agent and a and leakproof liquidmixing and lifting integrated process column.
