摘要
应用物元分析理论,对层次分析法(AHP)中各评判专家判断矩阵提供的信息进行反判,从而对评判专家的评判水平进行判定,提出了"专家效度"的概念。在此基础上,将其与AHP法确定的指标权重进行合成,提出了一种新的指标权重确定方法。该方法充分考虑各专家对事物的不同认识程度,克服了以往AHP法在确定指标权重中所存在的片面性,使指标体系能全面客观地反映被评价对象,为提高评价的科学性提供了一条较为理想的途径。实例证明,该方法较为科学合理。
This paper applied the matter element analysis theory to judge adversely the information that experts provide in their judgment matrix,thereby judged expert's appraisal level,and put forward a concept of expert reliability.Based on this,the paper proposed a new method to confirm weight of index by combining it with weight of index confirmed by AHP.The method fully considers expert's acquaintance to things,overcomes the lopsided in determining weight of index confirmed by AHP,makes the index set of system objectively and comprehensively assess the object,and offers better evaluation method.The method was proved to be scientific and reasonable by a practical example.
