摘要
以命中率和否定率为指标，提出一种同行评议中专家评分质量的定量测评方法．并通过对云南省科技进步奖１９９０～１９９５年评审中专家实际打分数据的分析，讨论了绝对命中率和否定率，计算命中率和否定率两组指标的不同特点．
A method for evaluating quality of peer review expert scores has been proposed, using percentage of hits and percentage of rejects as indices. Some practical data of Yunnan Province from 1990 to 1995 have been provided and analyzed. The different features of two groups of indices, absolute and computed percentages of hits and rejects have been discussed.
