摘要
试验采用凋落袋法来研究农田有机物料混合后的分解状况。选取风干的水稻秸秆、花生秸秆和猪粪三种有机物料,设置九种处理,田间分解30 d、90 d、180 d和360 d四个阶段取样,测定物料分解率、基本养分及pH值等指标。结果显示,不同农田有机物料混合分解时,SZ、HZ、7S3H及3S7H混合处理的分解率均表现出正交互作用效应,而SHZ及SH混合处理均表现出负交互作用效应。农田有机物料混合可以调节物料的营养结构,优化不同营养物质搭配比例,使调节后物料促进微生物活性的增强,对碳源利用更加彻底,充分吸收周围可被利用的营养物质(N、P、K),有利于营养物质的富集。物料组合对pH值的影响均表现出正交互作用效应。
This study used the litter bag method to study the decomposition of mixed organic material. Three kinds of organic materials, such as the dried rice straw, peanut straw and manure were selected. Nine treatments were set up in field. Decomposition rate, the basic nutrients and the pH value of samples were measured in 30 d, 90 d, 180 d and 360 d. The results showed that the decomposition rates in the treatments of SZ, HZ, 7S3H and 3S7H showed the positive addition effects, while SHZ and SH treatments showed the negative addition effects. Organic material combination could adjust material nutrition structure and optimize the proportion of different nutrients, enhancing microbial activity for carbon utilization thoroughly. Organic material combination could also help microorganism to fully absorbe the surrounding nutrients(N, P, K) and enrich beneficial nutrients. The effects of materials combination on pH showed the positive addition effects in all treatments.
