摘要 蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶(Protein Tyrosine Phosphataese,PTPs)在生物体内广泛存在,起信号传导作用。蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶在许多人类疾病中都扮演着重要角色,因此,设计高效且专一的PTPs抑制剂就越来越受到关注。本文主要介绍了蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶的作用机制,对近年来报道的几类重要PTPs抑制剂进行分析阐述,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。 Protein tyrosine phosphatases(PTPs) are widely exists in the living organisms and play a role as a signal transducer. PTPs are known to as sociated with human diseases.Therefore, it is necessary to explore efficient and specific PTPs inhibitors. This paper focuses on several important inhibitors of PTPs and analyze the research progress in inhibitors of PTPs.
