DNA甲基化与恶性血液病的研究进展

Progress of DNA methylation in malignant hematological disease

摘要 甲基化修饰是DNA的一种正常自然修饰方式,在基因表达的调控、基因结构的稳定等方面有不可或缺的地位。抑癌基因的高甲基化失表达在恶性血液病的发生发展过程中起着重要作用。甲基化研究可用于恶性血液病的诊断、抑癌基因的筛选、微小残留病灶的检测及疗效、预后判断,去甲基化治疗已成为恶性血液病治疗的又一重要途径。
