摘要
主要从营养成分、生物活性这两个方面对榆黄蘑的研究现状进行综述,并对今后榆黄蘑的发展趋势进行展望,旨在为榆黄蘑的综合利用提供参考。
Nutritional ingredient and biological activity of Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing were summarized,and the development trend is pointed.The aim of this review was to provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing.
