摘要
从多糖的来源着手,对近年来抗氧化多糖的研究状况进行了概括,并对多糖抗氧化的作用机理进行了总结,最后预测了抗氧化多糖的发展前景以及存在的问题。
This review summarizes the recent studies of antioxidant polysaccharides, according to the source of polysaccharides, and sums up the antioxidant mechanism of polysaccharide. In conclusion, the perspective and existent problems of antioxidant polysaccharide are forecasted.
