摘要
试验旨在探讨不同乳酸菌对全株玉米青贮发酵品质的影响,以提高全株玉米青贮的利用效率,指导全株玉米青贮的生产与利用。试验以蜡熟期刈割的全株玉米为材料,设7个组,每组3个重复。包括对照组(CK)和6个试验组,试验组分别添加植物乳杆菌(L. plantarum)Z1-1和Z2-4、副干酪乳杆菌(L. paracasei)F1-2和F2-6、布氏乳杆菌(L. buchneri)B1-3和B2-20。青贮90 d后,对不同处理的全株玉米青贮饲料的感官评定、发酵品质、营养成分进行分析。结果表明:Z2-4、F2-6、Z1-1和F1-2的全株玉米在感官的气味、质地结构、色泽评定中,青贮效果较好。添加乳酸菌的处理组均提高了全株玉米青贮中可溶性碳水化合物含量,F2-6组中可溶性碳水化合物含量最高。与其他试验组相比,F2-6处理组氨态氮/总氮显著降低(P<0.05)。与CK相比,B1-3和B2-20组中青贮乳酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),但乙酸含量却显著升高(P<0.05)。各试验组的DM和CP含量与CK相比没有差异。F2-6与B2-20组中NDF含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。F2-6组中ADF含量与CK相比显著降低(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,副干酪乳杆菌F2-6和布氏乳杆菌B2-20更适于用作内蒙古东部地区全株玉米青贮用乳酸菌接种剂。
The study was to explore the effect of different lactic acid bacteria on fermentation quality of whole corn silage,to improve the utilization efficiency of whole corn silage,and guide the production and utilization of the whole corn silage.Whole corn cut in dough stage was used as the raw material.The test set up seven groups(one control group and six test groups),with three replicates in each group.The six test groups were added Lactobacillus plantarum Z1-1 and Z2-4,Lactobacillus paracasei F1-2 and F2-6,Lactobacillus buchneri B1-3 and B2-20,respectively.After90 days of silage,the sensory evaluation,fermentation quality and nutritional components of corn silage with different treatments were compared and analyzed.The results showed that Z2-4,F2-6,Z1-1 and F1-2 had better silage effect in sensory evaluation of taste,structure and color.The WSC content of corn silage was increased by adding lactic acid bacteria,and F2-6 group had the highest WSC content.The NH3-N/TN of F2-6 group was decreased significantly(P<0.05),which improved the fermentation quality of silage.The LA content of silage in B1-3 and B2-20 group was significantly lower than that in CK group(P<0.05),but the AA content was significantly higher than that in CK group(P<0.05).The content of DM and CP in each test group was not different from that in CK group.The NDF content of F2-6 and B2-20 group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The content of ADF in F2-6 group was lower than that of CK group(P<0.05).In conclusion,Lactobacillus paracasei F2-6 and Lactobacillus buchneri B2-20 were more suitable for inoculation of lactic acid bacteria for whole corn silage in eastern Inner Mongolia.
