摘要
选用半人工草地黄花苜蓿为青贮原料,分别添加0.02g/kg乳酸菌剂、0.15g/kg纤维素酶,以无添加为对照组,青贮60d后进行感官评定并测定发酵品质、营养品质。结果显示:添加乳酸菌剂和纤维素酶添加剂青贮苜蓿的pH值(4.18、4.30)、NDF含量(43.89%、40.78%)、ADF含量(28.65%、25.46%)、AN/TN(3.80%、4.70%)均显著降低;其中添加乳酸菌剂青贮苜蓿乳酸含量为2.90%,显著高于对照组的0.57%(P<0.05);而添加纤维素酶的青贮苜蓿乳酸含量为1.11%,高于对照组,但差异不显著。其中添加乳酸菌的青贮苜蓿未检测出丁酸,显著低于对照组的0.57%(P<0.05);而添加纤维素酶的青贮苜蓿丁酸含量为0.21%,低于对照组,但差异不显著。综合考虑:黄花苜蓿不宜单独青贮,添加乳酸菌显著改善黄花苜蓿青贮品质,添加纤维素酶对黄花苜蓿青贮品质稍有改善,但有些指标不达标,不适宜添加。
The semi-artificial grassland alfalfa was used as the silage material.0.02g / Kg lactic acid bacteria and 0.15g / Kg cellulase were added respectively.After 60 days,the fermentation quality and nu-trient quality were measured.The results showed that the pH value (4.18,4.30),NDF content (43.89%, 40.78%),ADF content (28.65%,25.46%)and AN / TN (3.80%,4.70%)were significantly decreased in the addition of lactic acid bacteria and cellulase additive silage alfalfa.The content of LA in the alfalfa was 2.90%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.05).The content of LA in the alfalfa was 1.11%,which was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant. The content of BA in silage alfalfa with cellulose was 0.21%,which was lower than that in control group, but the difference was not significant (P 〈0.05).By adding lactic acid bacteria alfalfa silage quality was improved significantly,by adding cellulase alfalfa silage quality was improved slightly.
