摘要
张智龙教授临证多年,精研经典,学验俱丰,擅用经方治疗急重症,疗效显著。文章介绍了张智龙教授运用调神止痛针法治疗带状疱疹后遗痛的临床经验。导师认为痛证因神机失用,神不导气,气滞血瘀而为痛,治法重在调其心神,以神导气,令气易行,气行痛止,以"调神为主为先,通经为辅为用"为治疗痛证的基本原则,选水沟、内关及耳穴神门为基础方,辨证施治,精穴疏针,临证常收桴鼓之效。
Prof. Zhang Zhilong is highly experienced in clinical treatment and has profound studies on classic works. Prof. Zhang is good at the treatment of acute disorders with classical formulas and has achieved significant effects. In the paper,the clinical experiences in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia was introduced with the needling therapy of regulating the mind and stopping pain. Prof. Zhang believes that painful disorder is caused by dysfunction of mind,retarded circulation of qi and stagnation of qi and blood. In the treatment,the mind is regulated to promote qi circulation and stop pain,in which,regulating the mind is the primary and promoting meridian is the secondary. Shuigou( CV26),Neiguan( PC6) and Ear- Shenmen are the basic acupoints. The acupoints are selected according to syndrome/pattern differentiation to enable the effective results.
