摘要
结合沈阳地铁9号线区间隧道紧贴下穿既有车站施工工程实例,系统介绍了下穿既有车站的CRD法隧道施工相关技术,并根据工程实例对施工过程进行有限元模拟分析,通过对地面沉降的监测及分析,研究在施工过程中采用暗挖平顶直墙法对既有车站的影响。现场监控测量和有限元模拟分析表明,地铁隧道下穿既有车站时,采用CRD法能将地表沉降量控制在规范和设计要求的范围内,有效控制了工程安全风险,确保了既有车站的安全运营。
Combined with the construction example of the existing tunnel under the track of Shenyang Metro Line 9,the construction technology of CRD tunnel under the existing station is systematically introduced. According to the engineering example,the construction process is simulated by finite element method. Through the monitoring and analysis of the ground subsidence,the influence of the method of excavation and flat top wall on the existing station is studied. Field monitoring measurement and finite element analysis show that when the subway tunnel passes through the existing station,the CRD method can control the surface subsidence in the range of specification and design requirements,effectively control the safety risk of the project and ensure the safe operation of the existing station.
