摘要
以青岛地铁某区间为例,针对已运营地铁车站中前期洞门预留矿山法接口条件导致盾构机械无法进站接收的问题,提出盾构弃壳拆解设计方案及施工过程中进行地层加固、调整破除车站端墙顺序等建议;采用有限元软件计算分析该方案对运营地铁车站及周边建(构)筑物的变形影响。结果表明:设计方案可满足运营地铁车站结构与周边建(构)筑物结构安全;对运营地铁车站结构采取自动化监测,监测数据均未超出控制值,运营地铁车站结构处于安全状态。
Taking a section of Qingdao subway as an example,this paper puts forward a disassembly design scheme of shield abandoned shell to solve the problem that the shield machinery cannot enter the station to receive caused by the interface conditions of the reserved mining method in the middle and early stage of the operating subway station and puts forward some suggestions such as stratum reinforcement and adjusting the order of breaking station end wall in the process of construction.The deformation influence of the scheme on the operation subway station and its surrounding structures is calculated and analyzed by using finite element software.The results show that the design scheme can satisfy the structural safety of the operation subway station and the surrounding buildings.The operation subway station structure is monitored automatically,and the monitoring items do not exceed the control value,and the operating subway station structure is in a safe state.
