摘要
从清代医家林佩琴的《类证治裁》着手,归纳整理中风相关内容,进行数据可视化处理以及文献分析挖掘,强调诊疗中风时要重视疾病发病的地域性、季节性,并且要关注情志致病。从用药规律可以看出主张标本兼治,行气祛风;配伍规律侧重健脾利水以化痰,理气化痰以祛风,从而总结其发病机制以及诊疗规律,为临床治疗提供参考。
The content of stroke in Categorized Patterns with Clear-cut Treatments by doctor LIN Peiqin in Qing Dynasty was summarized,and was further analyzed through data visualization and mining literature.This book emphasizes the importance of regional,seasonal and emotional factors during the disease occurrence.From the prescription law,it could be found that the author proposed to treat the both manifestation and root cause of disease,and to move qi and dispel wind.The prescription focused on invigorating spleen and promoting urination to resolve phlegm,and regulating qi and resolving phlegm to dispel wind.The cause and mechanism of stroke and the diagnosis and treatment law are summarized in this paper to provide a reference for the clinical treatment.
