摘要
目的探讨镇肝熄风汤联合依达拉奉治疗阴虚风动型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年6月~2020年6月84例患有阴虚风动型脑梗死的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=41)。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用镇肝熄风汤治疗。两组患者连续治疗28天后进行疗效比较和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分比较。结果治疗后,观察组有效率明显高于对照组(90.69%vs 68.29%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合镇肝熄风汤对治疗阴虚风动型脑梗死患者疗效显著,可改善神经功能损伤。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction with stirring wind due to yin deficiency.Methods From June 2012 to June 2020 in our hos-pital,84 patients with cerebral infarction of with stirring wind due to yin deficiency were selected and divided into observa-tion group(n=43)and control group(n=41).The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 28 days of continuous treatment,the two groups of patients were compared concerning the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale.Results sAfter treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.69%vs 68.29%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of patients cerebral infarction of with stirring wind due to yin deficiency,and can im-prove nerve function damage.
