摘要
论述倾斜度测试仪的测量原理,提出在导电液体槽中制造两个圆柱形电阻管,这样可以把圆柱形电阻管液面高度的变化量线性地转换成圆柱形电阻管电阻的变化量.此测试仪具有4个特点:1由于采用了小波变换技术,所以,抗干扰能力强;2传感器及测量电路的设计简单;3传感器的输入与输出具有良好的线性度;4由于采用差动电桥的方式,所以,抗共模干扰能力强(如温度影响).
The measuring principle of the digital slope meter is discussed. By manufacturing the two cylindrical resistor tubes in the liquid groove of the conducting electricity, the variable of the liquidsurface height is linear to the variable of the cylindrical resistor tube. The meter has the following three characteristics: wavelet transformation technology with a good antijamming ability; the simple sensor and measurement circuit; the linearity between input and output of the sensor and good ability to resist the common mode interference such as temperature influence because of the adoption of differential bridge.
