摘要 轧辊表面缺陷检测是轧辊辊型在线检测系统中的一个重要问题 ,它直接影响着带材产品的质量 ,传统的检测方法和数据分析方法已经很难适应现代的轧制生产。本文提出了一种对轧辊表面缺陷进行在线识别的方法 ,针对传感器在轧辊表面缺陷处输出信号的不同类型 ,着重论述了一种基于小波变换的缺陷识别方法 ,通过对实测信号的处理及分析 ,证明这该种方法是可行而有效的。 Detection of roller surface defect is an important question in the roller profile online measurement system. It has direct effect on the quality of the strip steel products. The traditional detection methods and data analysis are becoming more and more difficult to adapt the modern rolling industry. This paper discusses a method to perform the online recognition of roller surface defect. When the sensors scan the roller surface defect, they will output different signal types. Aiming at these types, this paper puts emphasis on defect recognition method based on the wavelet transformation. Through the processing and analysis for the real measured signals, this method is proved to be feasible and efficient.
