摘要
从精室的古今认识,讨论分析其形态基础和生理功能,认为精室的生理功能与男性泌尿生殖息息相关,精室病与现代医学所说的前列腺炎、前列腺增生和精囊腺炎等密切相关,精室辨证在中医男科的临床运用中具有实际指导意义。
From the ancient and modern understanding of essence chamber,this paper discussed and analyzed the morphological basis and physiological function of essence chamber.It was believed that the physiological function of essence chamber was closely related to the male urogenital system;the diseases of essence chamber were closely related to prostatitis,prostatic hyperplasia and seminal vesiculitis in modern medicine;the syndrome differentiation of essence chamber has practical guiding significance in the clinical application of andrology of Chinese medicine.
