摘要
目的:探析《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗精浊药物使用规则,为临床治疗提供借鉴和指导。方法:分析《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗精浊的方剂及药物,统计其性、味、归经及功效,运用Excel2010、Spss 22.0。结果:共筛选208首治疗精浊方剂,涉及中药196味。方中高频药物为甘草、人参、菟丝子、当归、熟地黄、益智仁等,多为补虚药,药性多温平,药味多甘辛苦,归经多属肾经、肝经、脾经、心经;茯苓、车前子、萆薢、滑石、泽泻等,多为利水渗湿药,药性多寒,药味多咸淡,多归属脾、肾经。结论:《中医方剂大辞典》治疗精浊方剂以温肾助阳,利水渗湿为要,对临床用药有着一定的指导和借鉴意义。
Objective To analyze the rule of prescription and drug compatibility in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions for the treatment of turbidity,and to provide guidance and reference for clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Statistics“Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions”contains prescriptions and medicines for the treatment of turbidity,respectively,to find out their nature,taste,meridian tropism and efficacy,using Excel 2010,Spss 22.0.Results A total of 208 prescriptions for the treatment of turbidity were screened,involving 196 traditional Chinese medicines.The high-frequency medicines in the prescription are licorice,ginseng,Cuscuta seed,Angelica sinensis,ripe rehmannia,Yizhiren,etc.They are mostly deficiency-tonifying medicines with warm and placid medicinal properties and bitter taste.They belong to the kidney,liver,spleen and heart meridians.Poria cocos,plantain seeds,razor,talcum,Zexie and so on.They are mostly water-permeating and damp medicines with cold medicinal properties,salty and light taste,and mostly belong to the spleen and kidney meridians.Conclusion The Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions contains prescriptions for the treatment of turbid turbidity,which take warming the kidney,promoting yang,promoting water and permeating dampness as the main task.It has certain guiding significance for contemporary physicians to apply medication based on syndrome differentiation in clinical practice.
