摘要
分析应急通信兵力派遣问题的一般组织方式,得出指派问题成本损失与时间优化的具有优先级的多目标分层非线性规划数学模型。给出求解该问题的宽容完全分层序列算法及具体实例。
In this paper, a priority - ranked multi objective layered nonlinear programming model of the problem on the loss of dispatch cost and optimized dispatch time is put forward to solve the question about the emergency dispatch of mobile communication force, and an algorithm of layered sequence is given to solve this model by analyzing a general mode of mobile communication organization. Finally, an algorithm of tolerant and complete layered sequence for solving this problem is given together with a concrete example.
