摘要
对钛合金在实验和工程应用条件下的构件进行断口定量反推 ,研究疲劳条带间距反推疲劳应力在钛合金应用的可行性。结果表明 ,实验条件下应力水平较低时 ,钛合金断口反推计算的疲劳应力的误差较小 ,随着应力水平的提高 ,误差逐渐增大 ,采用无量纲数a/D在 0 .45~ 0 .5 5范围内的疲劳条带间距进行反推的误差在 10 %以下 ;而对钛合金实际构件的疲劳断裂 ,可采用疲劳条带间距进行反推其疲劳振动应力 ,该方法简单易行 。
The fatigue stresses can be estimated with striation widths on fracture surface for Titanium alloys under experimental and service conditions. The results show that, under experimental condition, the relative error increases with stress, and it can be confined less than 10% while a/D is in the range of 0.45~0.55. In service fracture of Titanium alloys, the fatigue stress can be conveniently obtained through the simple estimation method with striation widths, and lower relative error can be achieved.
