摘要
糖尿病动物模型包括啮齿类及非人灵长类等多种自发性和诱发性动物模型,各种类型的糖尿病动物模型在疾病的发生发展、各种病理学变化等多个方面与人类糖尿病具有相同或类似的特征。应用这些疾病模型可以对糖尿病及其并发症的防治、发病机理、糖尿病相关药物的开发等开展多方面的研究。随着现代生物技术的发展,糖尿病动物模型的研究将越来越深入,并为人类最终克服糖尿病发挥更为重要的作用。
Diabetic mellitus animal models include spontaneous and induced rodent or non-human primate etc. Some of the characteristics of these animal models, such as disease development、changes of histopathology are similar to those of human diabetes mellitus. Diabetic mellitus animal models can be applied to research of preventive medicine、etiology and mechanism of human diabetes and its complications, and also to the exploiting of new medicines for diabetes. With the development of new biotechnology, diabetic mellitus animal models will play a more important role in conquering the disease of diabetes mellitus.
