摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究了不同沼液及用量对莴笋硝酸盐和营养品质的影响。试验结果表明:施用沼液提高了莴笋株高和产量;降低了生长时期莴笋叶硝酸盐含量;提高了莴笋氨基酸含量;降低了维生素C和可溶性糖含量。以沼液3L处理的莴笋增产21 4%为最高产量;其次为沼液2H处理的莴笋增产6 7%,同时沼液2H处理莴笋的硝酸盐累积量最低。沼液2处理莴笋均具有良好的营养品质。
