摘要
探讨了机电一体化产品概念设计理论与方法对产品创新设计的重要性。分析了机电一体化产品概念设计理论的国内外研究现状与不足之处。国外学者以电子学及控制理论为研究出发点,建立了一些概念设计操作平台。国内学者以现代机构学为研究出发点,研究以运动执行功能为主功能的机电一体化产品概念设计,其设计理论与方法,更具有实用性,更有利于计算机辅助概念设计。最后指出了机电一体化产品概念设计理论与方法的发展方向。
This paper discussed the importance about theory on conceptual design of mechatronic products.The situation and development of conceptual design of mechatronic products were deeply analyzed.Taking the electronics and control theory as the starting point, scholars from abroad have developed sereral platforms for conceptual design. Researchers at home took the mechanisms as the starting point for the research on the type of mechatronic products,in which moving parts and mechanisms play an important role. Domestic research work is more beneficial to computer aided creative design and conceptual design.Finally,this paper pointed out development prospects about theory and method on conceptual design of mechatronic products.
