摘要
探讨了机电一体化产品概念设计理论与方法对产品创新设计的重要性,分析了国内外不同学科背景的学者从不同角度进行研究的现状.国外学者以电子学及控制理论为研究出发点,建立了一些概念设计操作平台.国内学者以现代机构学为研究出发点,研究以运动执行功能为主功能的机电一体化产品概念设计,其设计理论与方法,更具有实用性,更有利于计算机辅助概念设计.并指出了机电一体化产品概念设计理论与方法的发展方向.
This paper discussed the importance of the theory on conceptual design of mechatronic products and analyzed the current situation of its researches by domestic and foreign scholars with different discipline backgrounds from different angles. Taking the electronics and control theory as the starting point, scholars abroad have developed several platforms for conceptual design. Domestic researchers took the mechanisms as the starting point researching on the type of mechatronic products, in which moving parts and mechanisms play an important role. Domestic reaearches are more beneficial to computer aided design and conceptual design. Finally, this paper presented the development prospects of the theory and method on conceptual design of mechatronic products.
