摘要
目的 观察挫伤性视网膜病变感光细胞凋亡情况。方法 以3J的能量自由落体的方式造成兔眼挫伤性视网膜病变模型,通过光、电镜及末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的生物素化dUTP(脱氧三磷酸尿苷)缺口末端标记(teminal deoxynu-cleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick endlabeling,TUNEL)染色观察视网膜病变及感光细胞凋亡情况。结果 以3J的能量挫伤后的视网膜病变中存在着感光细胞凋亡现象。结论 细胞凋亡是挫伤性视网膜病变的一个重要机制。
Objective To observe photoreceptor apoptosis in contusive injury of rabbit retina. Methods Retina was injured with 3 J energy by means of a free falling iron bar on the cornea of rabbit. The morphologic changes of retina were observed by light and electron microscope. TUNEL technique Was used to assess apoptosis. Results Apoptosis also contributes to rabbit photoreceptor cell degeneration in this type of contusive retinopathy. Conclusion Apoptosis is an important mechanism of contusive damage of retina.
