摘要
随着计算机的普及和Internet的迅猛发展 ,人们对新技术、新信息的需求也在不断增加。图书馆作为信息资源的聚散地 ,对这一需求的作用是显而易见的。论述了网络环境下的图书馆信息服务 ,并针对图书馆员的现状提出了人才资源建设的重要性和必要性。
With the popularization of computers and the rapid development of Internet, people have an increasing need for new information and new technology.The importance of libraries as the center of information gathering and transmitting is extremely conspicuous.This paper has comprehensively discussed the information services of libraries in the environment of computer webs, and, on the basis of the present state of librarians, the author has specially made importance and the necessity of human resources construction.
