分析了西安高校图书馆人才资源存在的问题,论述了高校图书馆人才发展的目标和任务,同时提出了人才资源建设发展的对策。
This paper analyzes the problems in the human resources development of Xi＇ an college and university libraries, describes the goals and missions of talent development of college and university libraries and puts forward measures in the talent resource development.
