摘要
防爆绞车控制系统能够提高绞车的自动化程度,减少事故发生。介绍液压控制系统优势,针对传统控制系统在速度控制与速度保护方面的缺陷,提出利用PLC技术进行控制系统设计,分析其工作原理与关键技术,给液压控制系统的设计提供参考。
Explosion winch control system can improve the degree of automation and reduce accidents. Describes the advantages of hydraulic control system. Aiming at control system's flaws in speed control and speed protection,uses PLC technology for control system design. Then analyze its working principle and key technology,to provide a reference to the hydraulic control system design.
