液压绞车状态监测软件系统设计研究

摘要 针对液压绞车存在的手动操作无参照,随意性大,可靠性差等一系列问题,建立了液压绞车液压状态监测系统。监测系统软件以嵌入式计算机为基体,采用C语言和汇编语言,实现了行程、速度和加速度的精确测量,闸瓦位移测量与自动校准。工业性试验表明:此监测软件系统简单可靠,监测参数全面,提高了绞车运行的平稳性、可靠性和工作效率。 In view of a series of practical problems which exist in hydraulic winch, such as more ranclom manual operation without reference, low reliability and so on, a software system for condition monitoring and measuring system is proposed for hydraulic winch. The software system was designed by turbo c language and assembly language based on the embedded computer, achieving the precious measuring of stroke, speed and acceleration of hydraulic winch, and displacement measuring and automatic compensation of brake-shoe. The industrial test shows the condition monitoring and measuring system is characterized by simple operation, high reliability with various monitoring parameters, which enhances stability, reliability and efficiency of the hydraulic winch.
