摘要
提出一种结构简单MOCCII(多端输出第二代电流传输器 )电流模式KHN(Kerwin -Huelsman -Newcomb)滤波器电路 ,该电路仅由 3个MOCCII及 6个接地RC元件构成 ,能同时输出低通、带通、高通滤波器 ,并通过简单电流相加还可得到带阻及全通滤波形式 ,具有很低的灵敏度 .因所有的RC元件均接地 ,便于集成 .与基于CCII(第二代电流传输器 )电压模式KHN滤波器比较 ,电路结构简单、所使用的有源器件数目少得多 .文中对MOCCII的非理想特性进行了分析 ,提出了对MOCCII的非理想特性进行补偿的方法 .文中给出了补偿前和补偿后的电路PSPICE仿真结果 .
A KHN(Kerwin-Huelsman-Newcomb) current-mode filter circuit based on MOCCII(second generation current conveyor with multiple output) is presented which can realize a low-pass filter, a band-pass filter and a high-pass filter at same time.By a simple current operation, a band-stop filter and an all-pass filter can be obtained. The circuit has low sensitivity and is integrated conveniently because RC elements are grounded. Compared with voltage-mode KHN filters based CCII(second generation current conveyor), it also has a simper structure and much fewer active elements. The non-ideal characteristic of MOCCII is analyzed, and compensation method is presented.At last, the circuit PSPICE simulation results before and after compensation are given.
