MOCCⅡ任意电流模式滤波器设计

Realization of Random Current-mode Filter Based on MOCCⅡ

摘要 在一系列新的任意阶电流模式低通滤波器设计方法实现的基础上,提出一种基于MOCCⅡ(多端输出第二代电流传输器)n阶任意形式的电流模式信号处理系统的设计方法。用该方法可以设计出任意形式的模拟信号处理系统,并且用该方法设计出的所有信号处理系统都能实现高通滤波、低通滤波、带通滤波及其他任意形式的信号处理功能。不但电路简单,而且每种信号处理器中的所有无源器件都接地,有利于集成,使得基于MOCCⅡ的电流模式信号处理器的系统设计有法可循。 Upon the realization of design methods which is about series of current-mode low-pass,the paper presents the systemic design ways of n-order random current-mode signal processing system,which is based on MOCCⅡ(The second generation multi-output current conveyor).By this way,we can design arbitrary analog signals processor,and all the system of processing signals can realize the functions of high-pass filter,low-pass filter,band-pass filter and other kinds of signal disposal.The circuit is simple,and all the passive elements in the each signal processor are grounded,which is convenient to be integrated.So,it makes the systemic design ways of current-mode signal processor followed.
