摘要
高等教育在美国比较发达,其学生事务工作理论研究起步较早,工作职能相对完善。本文旨在通过对美国高校学生事务理论基础、职能及特点的分析,纳其长,鉴其短,为国内高校学生事务工作改革提供参考。
Higher education is great ly developed in American.The theory research of student affairs starts early,an d its function is relatively perfect.This article aims to analyze the theoreti cal foundation,function and characteristic of the student affairs in American institution of higher education,learn from their strong points to offset our w eaknesses,and provide a reference for the reform of student affairs in domesti c colleges and uni versities.
