摘要
目前,国内外学者并未对"后职业发展"给出统一的概念界定。主要讨论了"后职业发展"概念及其与老年教育的关系。"后职业发展"是指老年人在参加各种社会劳动(包括有酬劳动和无酬劳动)和社会活动的过程中,通过对各种角色的扮演和介入,在社会层面上能够再创造物质和精神财富,并同时共享社会资源,在个体层面上能够满足自身需要、体现自我价值,同时社会对其自身价值有所回馈。老年教育在很大程度上提供了与老年人继续参与社会相适应的培训课程及内容,促进了老年人职业发展;老年职业的发展又进一步拓展了老年教育的内容和形式,使老年教育更加适应社会发展。
There is no consistent concept of the elderly career development at home and abroad at present. This paper is mainly about the concept and the relationship between elderly the career development and the elderly education. The paper tells that the elderly career development refers to such a situation that the elderly participate in many social work(including the paid work and unpaid work) and social activities and play various roles in society; the elderly are able to create material and spiritual wealth and accomplish resource sharing on a society level. At the same time, they can meet their own needs and acquire revenues on an individual level. The elderly education providestraining courses and contents to the elderly to participate in society, and promotes the elderly career development. Meanwhile, the elderly career development expands the contents and forms of the elderly education, and makes it more adapt to social development.
