摘要
本文深层次地说明太极拳虚领顶劲、立身中正、一动无有不动、一处有一处虚实、用意不用力、意识引导动作等要求的准确练法,并进一步说明太极拳独有的这些练法对整个神经系统、中枢神经系统、大脑、大脑皮层躯体感觉中枢、躯体运动中枢和视觉中枢以及视神经、眼肌运动神经的锻炼效果及医疗作用。从而揭开太极拳为什么在练习上极缓慢,使用上能极神速,虽以逸待劳却后发先至的技击原理。
This paper starts with description of Taiji principles of balance between stillness and movement,sense and action in exercise,then explains the bodybuilding and curing effects these unique exercises have on human nervous system by which the wonder of Taiji strokes slow motion with rapid impacts is revealed.
