摘要
太极拳是我国民族传统体育项目之一,是一种柔和、缓慢、轻灵的拳术.我国人民长期锻炼的实践证明,太极拳确是一种符合人体生理、心理特点的科学健身方法,也是防治疾病的有效手段。本文主要从人体生理方面的神经系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、消化系统及心理方面,论述了太极拳的健身功能。
Taiji is one of the China's traditional national sports, It is in a soft, slow and flexible the Arts. Through long-term training of Chinese people, the practice of Taiji is indeed consistent with a physiological and psychological characteristics of the scientific fitness way, and it is an effective disease control means. From the physiological aspects of the nervous system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and psychological aspects, the fitness functions of Taiji are discussed.
