分割温度是影响整个复迭制冷系统所需轴功和投资的重要的因素,通过调整分割温度可以找出复迭制冷系统的最佳操作条件。实例研究表明将分割温度从常规状况下的-44℃调整到-38℃,复迭制冷系统的轴功率减少了5.10%,年总费用(TAC)减少了702万元。
Partition temperature is an important influential factor of the required shaft power and the total cost of the cascade refrigeration system. The optimal parameters can be determined by adjusting the partition temperature. The practical example shows that when the partition temperature is shifted to-38℃ from the conventional temperature-44℃, the required shaft power and the total annual cost are reduced by 5. 10% and 720,000 yuan respectively.
