摘要
我国高等教育即将进入大众教育阶段,在此过渡阶段的人才培养、教学体系、教学方法也要相应进行调整,本文试图通过对精英教育过渡到大众教育阶段人才培养模式进行探索,提出当前需改革的措施。
Abstract: Higher education m China is entering into the phase of masseducation. In this phase, we have to adjust the mode of training, educationsystem, and education method. This paper try to explore the mode of trainingtalent in the 'transitional phase' from elite to mass education, and put forwardthe reform treasures.
